This is my entry pic for `s contest!
It`s Shogo Vs Divadrin! Shogo is magician on the top...and Dividrin is Cloud-ish looking fella below...( Dividrin is Cloud`s son BTW)
This si my first time to enter some contest! I hope you like it!
Shogo is `s character and Divadrin is `s character!
Characters from Kingdom hearts:Battle of hearts... ( A dojinshi of Kingdom hearts...only it`s in different time and more related on Ff7)
The idea of contest was to draw these two fighting...in equall fight...which means one is NOT stronger than the other one...
Even though,in this pic looks like Shogo is defentiely winning the battle...But Divadrin have " Escarok wing blade"...Which is forged with fragments of Masamune (Sephiroth`s sword...for those who don`t know...if there is any),Holly materia,Black materia and princesses tears...AND posses octogonal power! ( octogonal power makes all 8 elements. (earth,fire,wind,wather,darkness,light,t hunder and soul(based on my original manga)))
the creator of Divadrin ( ) gave me free hands to use my imagination as much as I like...I like the character so I didn`t changed him...But I DID change the sword...Original swords were Ragnarok and Escalibur... ( I combined them in Escarok)
I don`t know exactly why are these two fighting anyway!

SHOGO!
Guy on the top...
I like the pose I drew...That spell was major assasin of my nerves! I could chose of drawn spell or one made by CG! I decide for drawn spell... Why? It`s harder...and in my personal opinion COOLER!
The spell is gathered pure lifestream`s destruction energy! So it might look like Divadrin don`t stand a chance!
I actually drew him wings in the lineart...but I deleted them in Photoshop...They waren`t simetric! And Shogo don`t have wings anyway!

DIVADRIN!
I just loved to draw this one! He`s Cloud`s son...and he`s uber cool! I like his Cloud-ish look! I kinda changed some details on his outfit! I drew it kinda teared apart!...Probably from the fight with Shogo!
Even though it looks like he`s losing...he`s NOT! He posses "Escarok wing blade" (explained above) And in contact with Shogo`s Lifestream destruction spell sword will resurect ultimate-omny cool power! Which will change Divadrin in "Dark Divadrin" (like father,like son)
I might draw him as "Dark one"... I said MIGHT,not will...I have too many obligations!
I drew him facing the other direction cuz I saw Shogo first...

PROCES OF DRAWING!
It was painful! I drew tons of battle poses....I just couldn`t decide...I don`t know why I choose this one...but I`m glad I did!
Divadrin is in front...so he`s "larger"...Shogo ISN`T flying...he`s jumping...
Sketch was really fun to draw...especially spell effect! But I ruined everything with inking...Took me more than two hours to fix things in Photoshop! CG wasn`t that frustrating...I used polygonal laso only... Magic wand tool only mess things up and ruin the pic!
Shading was pain...
I like the BG...I love speed lines! I added some speed lines in front of the characters...so it looks kinda 3D! And it gives the picture cool motion!

IN THE END!
I hope you like this picture as much as I like it!
I don`t espect to win...I`m natural loser!
I apologise to original creators of the characters and Battle of hearts ...I used too much of my own ideas.
I hope it won`t bother you!
And I would like to apologise for my horribly bad spelling and grammar!... My english just sucx!
And one more thing! I wanted to write more stuff here...I just forgot half of it...so I ended with this short description!

Took me 8-9 hours (too much details)
