Gonna exclude my opinions of Galarian forms here, but just gonna this say always.... I frickin' adore both regular and shiny Galarian Ponyta/Rapidash, omg!

I really don't find Kantonian Ponyta and Rapidash very memorable. They're just sort of... there for me. Horses on fire, whatevs, they barely even change that much when evolving
Tho I guess if I had to pick which I prefer, I'd pick Ponyta cause it's a bit smaller and cooler. Never used one on my teams, not even in Sinnoh games. I'll say at least that they're not bad by any means, just too bland for me.Shiny
Their shiny forms on the other hand, are some of the best shinies in the game like, holly hecc! Not something I'd expect from a line this bland, but I'm welcoming it anyways! If I ever put a Ponyta/Rapidash in my team, it'll likely have to be shiny!
