Neptune’s father was the one selected when he was just a child and ever since, he’s lived in luxury as a prince. He learned how to use ice magic and has always had plenty of money and servants. This caused him to grow up bratty and spoiled. Unlike his parents, he thought about himself and only himself and his father was never able to get control of him... until a group of adventures came to town.
