Awww, you must have based that bot's (?) Batman colors from Batman Beyond right? XD I always loved that show coz it was considered as my favorite Batman incarnation series (despite of its dark tone).
I thought at first that was Blurr but I think I remembered I've seen somebody here in DA made a kitbash of TFA Blurr as Batman. I think that was *Jin-Saotome ? XP

Yes the design was based off the toy Jin made xD [link] I think it really funny mainly because when you transform him, it really does look like it could be a Batmobile xD
And yes it's meant to be Batman Beyond, and I loves it too I have recently been watching it on the HUB channel and I wanted to draw him but I never could figure out what, but then I saw the toy and I was like "PERFECT!!!!" xD

Yes Locky is angry he can't beat down the Bats but who could? Bats is ultimate hero! He is the best out of them of because he is the most humanized in my opinion. All other heros are super beings, or overly good people who received power, but Bats is a dark character and many can relate to just wanting to go out their and beat the bad guys, but he does it with no powers just tools and it is just amazing! xD *ranting*
