i really have no idea what to say o o.*point* MOOSE.
(done in my sketch pad, inked and detailed in open canvas 4+, base colors and effects all applied in adobe photoshop 7.0)

The picture is amazing, but if you don't mind me saying, you might have gone a bit overboard with the photoshop effects, even if they were well made, as I believe a simpler colouring would have made the character more noticeable.

Agreed; the shiny stuff is kinda blinding and I'd love to see more of the beautifully soft shaded character who's currently hiding underneath it all. The snow effect is a nice idea, but the colours and twisty things make the picture look a little too... busy?
And actually, it's only after looking at it for 5 minuites straight that I've actually noticed the animal shapes in the clouds. They're pretty damned cool! But the purple/magenta colour is still irritating me; maybe it's just me, but I think the sheer intensity of the colours distracts attention from noticing the shape of them.

This kinda reminds me of Pocahontas, when the old man was telling the village people about the "white men," and wolves appeared out of the smoke. Not sure if that's what you were going for, but still, it's great!!!

This is really fabulous! It kinda reminds me of Energy Planes that Mages would be able to see with Mage-Sight (Eee gads, too many Mercedes Lackey connections!) Over all, everything about it is so wonderful I can't find anything wrong (in fact, if it were a print I'd go out and find a job so I could buy one!)!
