FNAF 1, or the entire franchise, has turned 8, on 8.8.2022! ...What a funny date. And anyone who has been in the fandom since 2014 is feeling old.

Eight years is a long time, just two more and FNAF has been around for a decade, feels like it was just yesterday when the franchise and the fandom was in its golden age...But at this point, the fandom is buzzing thanks to Security Breach, and many people are starting to feel nostalgic about these horrifying robots who scared us, and the lore that came with them for us to solve. FNAF is not done for sure, the future at this point is a little uncertain, especially with the promised Security Breach's DLC Ruin, and the FNAF Movie which I assume is in production hell. And who knows, maybe we will get a new FNAF game announced later, and perhaps, it'll bring the series back to its' roots of being actual horror games which leave us unnerved.

Hey you guys remember those classic posters of the animatronics in the pizzeria's walls, with the characters' head and a generic word under them which was associated with the character? Yeah, me too...can't believe I got nostalgic about damn posters. But they were a clear inspiration for this piece! I've drawn these four in anniversary pieces so many times I've started to run out of ideas, the original idea was to draw a pizza with the characters' heads, but I thought this would be much more pleasing to the eyes. And I love it! Sure it was couple hours of work, but I took it easy by working on two characters a day, and then add all the extra stuff of text, background, and small highlights. It's a simple piece to celebrate this franchise that I hold dear to my heart, but sometimes, it's more than enough.
