"This centuries-old dry swamp now looks like a desert with the ground covered with flowerless stems. Plants of ocher, orange, and yellow colors line the dry soil of this place plunged into an eternal cold and dry autumn. The atmosphere is heavy and mysterious. The ground is not regular, the witness of old water points, and the variations of the ground make rise a constant fog. You can easily get lost in this place where visibility is very low and where every corner is the same.
In the center of this forgotten marsh stands a thousand-year-old maple tree. Legends have been built over the years on this magical tree. It is said that it suffices to make an offering to be rewarded with great protection on your journey. This is why we can find a large number of flowers, figurines, or clothing at its foot.
