He's part of my little Reaper Universe, in which some people are born with tattoos and powers, depending on their soul Type.

The Jester is one of many Reapers to have been taken away from their family as a child by the organization outwardly known as Rowanknox. Stripped of their birth name, reaper children are given a number(The Jester's is 00147) and are trained to fight and carry out orders for the organization, keeping people of the surrounding planets under Rowanknox's thumb.

The Jester is part of a Chaos Squad known as The Killjoys, and their purpose is to cause havoc and get the attention of dangerous people/security forces. This squad consists of The Jester, The Fool, and The Jack, all reapers with the soul class of Puppetmaster, and a sadistic love of causing panic.
