You need some work on the face.
and correct bodily proportions.
and clothing.
but other than that...cowboy bebop is cool. I recommend Spriggan, it's got awesome animation.

Looks good. Nicely done, the left hand could use a little work...I don't know, there's just something odd looking about it. *shrugs* But I DEFINITELY know how freaking hard hands are. >_
