If you go with the Mafia Boss you'll end up doing TF/TG on their enemies, go with the club owner and you'll be TF/TG on random people the owner thinks would make a good fit in their club. So you should go with the Mafia boss, at least you'll be sent to transform people who probably deserve it as opposed to random innocents.

I did make that comment about making friends last time, and joining a maffia isn't going to get you many reliable friends. Even if Shoubu thinks you're dead, he may well find you at some stage and you don't want to find yourself alone then. Club owner it is.
