My very first metals project. I've discovered that I love metalsmithing by working on this. It pretty much took over my life for a while. The fruit are made out of balloons I got at the Dollar Tree that I painted, distressed, and finished with hot glue. The 'etals' are pushed out as the fruits expand. I had a lot of fun charring and melting the synthetic material that lines the petals and inhaling all the toxic fumes. Haha.
