Sonic, Tails, & Knuckles decided to go see Sonic 3 the Movie. They went through the commercials, quizzes, and trailers. Now, the movie started. However, they have to sit through a lot of company logos before the movie "actually" begins. Obviously, Sonic gets impatient about this and complains about logos that look like the starting of the movie.

This is a reference to Family Guy, where Peter and Brain go see a movie. Then, Peter starts to complain about the company logos when they come on screen.
