Description Early in the morning, dew drops glistening,
A few sweet birds sing, with only me listening.
As the notes float gently past my ear,
I wish I could fly with them, away from here.

To be able to feel what they do,
Soar through the stretched out sky, ever so blue,
Clean air blowing through my feathers, as I am gliding,
The thrill of the flight, it’s the wind that I’m riding!

The land and the dirt looks so far below,
Even more distant, as I soar as high as I can go.
Finally landing in a tree, readying to sing,
Each early morning, it’s happiness I bring.

I could sit here and daydream ‘till half past noon,
Just listening to the birds create their own tune.
My thoughts and my head stay up in the clouds,
Where birds, they do frolic in wind-riding crowds.

Well I don't know what the other poem was like but this is very well written and gives a new light on flying and being a bird and well just being free.
