One of the things that you can also expect if you're planning to visit Angono, Rizal's Higantes Festival is to get wet. Yes. That's one of the biggest parts of the merrymaking during our town's fiesta. ^_^*NOTE* My camera and I got relatively wet several times during our coverage of this event. And it rains a bit and then stops, and then another small amount of rain falls again. Hehe trying out how far my gear could go. And, luckily, she survived. Good thing I'm a Canon.

I'm also from Angono and yes throwing water during the
festival is one of our tradition. That's why jeeps are not allowed to go through there, because even if your just passing by, you can be wet!~
