Amazing work SHan!!!!! though I feel like crying, I must say that you really nailed the emotion and pulled me down with it The sorrow and feeling of lost are perfectly displayed in this image, how Ace looks completely absent, not to mention his whole body giving the impression that there is no movement and life anymore in it, as it is just about to drop down if not for Reina desperately holding on to him.... AAARRRRGHHHHHHH AAACCCEEEE!!!! Reina's expression too just says so much about how she is sad and would like him to stay with her, how she would like to stay with him, even if he is a corpse, as she is weeping small tears. I like how they're floating upwards it gives the impression that both of them are falling down to the darkness of sorrow at the bottom of the artwork and away from the warm light at the top
I also just LOVE that idea of using spider lilies in replacement for the blood, not only does the colors match, but also Spider Lilies are used at funerals, but also they can mean both "passion" and "sad memory", which just suits this image perfectly since passion can represent the love between the two, but also sad memory since it is his death and you placed the flowers on his chest where his passionate heart that loves, lies and where he got the injury that killed him, causing Reina to have a sad memory ANYWAY I JUST LOVE HOW YOU DID THIS!!!!

honestly, where can I begin my list of praises like MY GOSH-They look amazing in your style. I really love how you drew them and how you especially got reina's hair~ she's looking like the queen she is//slaps- like you seriously gave her justice and more~!also....LEGSSS for days-. Secondly , I just love how you draw ace~ the freckles on his face llook so on point ~ and woahhh the muscles are so defined ...also I see what you did with those beads there--
Next, THE POSE-OMFG~ like its PERFECT- I loveee the way its position , really brings out a lot of symbolism and just looks awesome ~!! like shan-you make me cry both tears of joy and sadness( sort of like yourself in your stories...r/whoosh....lolol I had to--) Also nice opptions on the flowers ~! they really set the mood and my gosh , they are so PRETTY ~!!Those spiderlilies breaks my heart tho even if they look amazing~~No need to say sorry as well, honestly its sooo worth it more
