I went with the Stampede route instead of my first idea of carnival deck ono;
Since Rhea is now a bounty hunter, I got the idea of Rhea being sent out by the Swallowtail Sodality(the society of bounty hunters that I created) and infiltrating the Pirate Expo along with other bounty hunters >.>
