Once, I saw a cartoon, where a shell of an egg has become too rough so a little dinosaur couldn't hatch out. It happened because the weather was very cold and the egg tried to save a baby. As a result all of dinosaurs died.

Wheeljack's inventions always go in one of two directions:
1.) It explodes (usually, destroying something ELSE important)
Or
2.) It works perfectly, and gets stolen by the Decepticons
But now, an option three: It works to well and the Autobots can't get out of their base

Another creation of Wheeljack's that has far exceeded its design parameters. And at the end of the day, the only Autobot injuries were self-inflicted and Laserbeak is not inside the Ark.
