edit: made pupils bigger and adjusted the ears, i wanted to be *a little* bit more faithful to the og victini design

The previous ones started to show their age, so imma start with Edan!
slight redesign too, i adjusted the bandana, and made his pants a little baggy

also decided to simplify the way i do refs now!
