Man Spider Ghost (男蜘蛛ゴスト, Otoko kumo gosuto) is fifths Ghost Monster of Ghost Cross.

History
Man Spider Ghost was constructed specifically to surpass him in battle. Somehow requiring the blood of young women to be completed, Man Spider Ghost used a church to attack unsuspecting victims, drawing the attention of the FBI.

Possessing Shoot Web, superhuman speed, and the power to produce Crawling, easily overwhelmed Panty in combat, the latter barely able to escape in their initial battle. In their rematch though, Panty ultimately used her wing to go up and destroy Man Spider Ghost with a Sky wasp Kick attack.

Resurrection
He was later resurrected by Ghost Cross as part of the Revived Monster Army against Wasp Girl but is destroyed again along with his fellow revived Inhumanoids when Shield is used against them except General Hunter·Reborn.

Abilities
Webs: Man Spider Ghost can shoot webs to trap his opponents and to use as a climbing rope, these webs were originally white but turned yellow after resurrection.
Spider Trackers: Man Spider Ghost can control Spider Trackers that chase opponents and send information to Man spider ghost's base.
Enhanced Jumping: Man Spider Ghost is capable of jumping much higher than an average human.
Arsenal
Stick: After being resurrected, Man Spider Ghost gained the ability to fight with a stick that is commonly used by Ghost Zoldier
