It took lots of patience for this overlapping drawing. Too many things to keep track of. Used 23 layers in ClipStudioPaint. I was struggling with hands/fingers pose.

Mio and Noah in the foreground. Behind them are their partners. Let's check my understanding of story in the beginning. The yellow motes is for those soldiers who made it all the way to their Homecoming and celebrating a decade of their service. The red motes turns into blue when the flute plays and sending off the departed who didn't make it to their Homecoming. There is probably more to it. I cannot elaborate well the meaning of colors. Looking at those glowing dots gives me FFX vibes. Only difference is Off-seers don't dance and summon in XC3.

So Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is one year old in late July. This drawing got done a bit early. It's still Happy 1st anniversary. It just happened I had a sudden interest getting into this third entry. Some moments about this game reminded me of that PS1classic title I played once long time ago. Hint: gears. The flute in unison or duet was beautiful, plus the piano/harp/strings. I did recognize one of the composers. Loved his music from Chronoseries and FF15IgnisDLC as well.
