2. Dr. Doofenshmirtz is the most funniest character on the show.

3. Because he's "EVIL."

4. Not the dog. Dr. D's Dad.

5. He was probably the one to make Doofy wear the dresses.

6. Phinbella FTW.

7. Perry and Dr. D are my two favorite characters. But, I just can't see them as a couple.

8. "Francis, uh yes, very macho." These two need to get their own show together.

9. They were so cute as Toddlers.

10. I like the perspective, plus it's my favorite Dr. D song.

11. The Best scenes of the show are always at "Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated."

12. "Aw, Doof. You didn't smile."
