Description
I always have a million projects going on and when I am between them I try to work on some of the stories I want to put out in a comic called "Cemetery Bones". It will hopefully someday be a collection of fun and short horror stories in the vein of the EC classics and Marvel/DC horror books of the 70's and 80's.This was a cover idea using my "Faces of the Wolf" piece as a dilapidated old comic. I have tons of fun making these things. I might make more.

Looks a bit like the film Dog Soldiers, only instead of soldiers it has a pretty ady in her underwear.
So it's better.

I love that you poked fun at the Code Stamp is on this. The establishment of the Code discontinued many horror comics at that time by banning monsters like vampyres and werewolves!

YEa, that thing was crazy. ONce I make the book cover for real I will probably make my own stamp for endorsing monsters.

Kickass!! I'm also developing a comic in the same vein as classics like Vault of Terror, Tales of Mystery, Tales From the Crypt, & Creepshow. I look forward to reading your stories in the future.

The pic so nice I had to fave it twice.
Seriously, though--there's so much going on in this piece it makes a great comic cover--it sucks you in and makes you want to know more--about the girl, about the weird two-headed werewolf, about who that arm belonged to...
Coolness!

I love werewolves and I particularly love the way you draw werewolves - awesome.
But I think the Warren comics crap all over the Marvel/DC horror
I know you're going for retro but you should mod the comics code label - A is for Anti-Code.

YEa, it is just a mock up. I'll be making up my own code once I do it for real.

i like how she has a gun, like it would do anything against that monsterous two headed wolfish being.
it seems almost cliche that she should have a gun, but i guess waht ever makes her feel safe. XD

I think she has it since there may be one silver bullet left in the chamber. She's not sure how many shots have been fired though.

let's see....hmmmm i'm pretty sure her hands would be shaking uncontrollably-- what do you think her odds are that there is a silver bullet and she hits the mark?

i'd like to see that unfold.
i could see it now . She jumps out from behind the rock nad points the gun in the general area of the beasts heart, with a mightly shaking hand i might add. Then she pulls the trigger, nothing. she pulles it again, blank , and then one last time --the beat has spotted her -- BANG! She's thrown off balance by the unexpected kick and stumbles back.
With and unreasonable amount of hope she looks up to what she invisions as the dead monster , but it's over her now . it's hot and rancid breath sent tremmors of fear through her body. She had wasted her only chance and now she was going to die.
Ahahahaha that would be so freaking amazing XD
this post was really great by the way, it got my imagination running .
