Description
Another challenging(and rewarding) commission for FedackHis character Tarrish has had an upgrade of sorts, as well as an environment change! Sci-fi is the most difficult theme for me, but it's nice to have a challenge!
He was nice enough to let me upload it at a higher resolution than normal ^__^

It is freezing! He is a mix of a silver and shadow dragon. A silver dragon has frost element! :3
