Description Another one of my friend's recipes. Normally it would use beef cuts or steak but tonight we used strips of ground beef and just fried it quick to keep shape due to expense. It's an easy recipe to make a meal out of. It's normally sweet and spicy but the spicy part is left out here due to allergens. You can bring it back in with chili pepper or garlic hot sauces. This was all cooked in one large pan, but can be split into smaller pans if need be. If you can enjoy the spicy then I encourage you to.

Ingredients  
Beef 1lb (Thin strips preferably)
Eggs (2-3)
Beansprouts (As much as you want)
Green pepper (diced or pieces)
Onion (diced or pieces)
Vegetable oil
Soy sauce
Ketchup
Mustard (or mustard powder)
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Ground Orange peel
Ground Cumin
Brown Sugar

Coat pan with oil and bring to low to medium heat. Add beef strips. Season with Onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, cumin, ground orange peel, then give a coating of soy sauce. Let start to brown slightly then coat with mustard and ketchup. Start cooking green peppers and onion, either in this or other pan. Raise heat slightly. After cooking for roughly 8 minutes turn meat over and season again, but coat with ketchup right after. Add beansprouts to pepper and onions mix. Season mix with garlic, onion, and soy sauce. If cooking separately add some of the green pepper and onion to the pan with meat at this stage. Cook until meat is browned. If meat is drying to fast add some more ketchup and garlic to it. Add egg to same pan as meat on other side of pan. Season egg with soy sauce, cumin, and onion powder. Raise heat to medium to high. If cooking in one large pan remove egg and beansprouts from heat. Cook meat to burn the tips and edges slightly and remove.
