the Agent text is just a watermark, it won't be on the coded site.. It's there to prevent people from ripping the layout and selling it on their own.
About the layout; Great. Only one thing, the body seems to be a bit small. Make it a bit wider.

One thing, is the agent stuff staying behind the content? Cause it would be pretty
annoying to read the text with all the other text behind it.
