So i had to finish it on photoshop 6.0...it looks crsppy cause i did not save tha tha tha tha pic in Psd. file

Real nice! I like the roughness sketch on the character, but I think your problem is, is the thing she's sitting on, it does looks kinda weird fails at constructive criticism *brick'D* But I like the pose :3

I really like this rough, sketchy style you use; it's not something I've seen that often.
You've done a really nice job on her. I especially like the pose you've given her and her expression. And don't worry about the BG; it's perfectly fine to me.
