It looks really nice, better that whatever I could do. I like the size comparison between the girl and her victim.
If it were me, he'd already be flat under my foot (though I'd want him to be even tinier).

I'm not really a render artist so I don't have much to say technical-wise, but I can say that it looks much better than a lot of renders I've seen. If I had to pick something out - and realize I only noticed this because I was specifically looking for something wrong - I'd say the bottom of the vase looks weird? I think it's supposed to be glare but it kinda just looks like it's dematerializing.
But as smut it absolutely succeeds in its purpose.

1. Give bump effect to the floor.
2. There are a lot of shadow spots on the walls. It means light is insufficient. Besides, if you use vray for render, increase light cache value.
