remember when i said that I needed to draw my previous oc's instead of making new ones? well i made another one anyway

but joke's on you i made this guy before i said that, so technically they're a half previous oc

But that title seems more or less literal... i wonder why :'>
(Lemme just say in advance before i post their ref/bio later today that this particular oc has the most unique backstory out of everyone i've made  )

but will all these new oc's be part of Legends of Planet Popstar in some way? I'll make sure they are, i don't make them for nothing >:3
