Different Styles Challenge aka Style Bending aka Bootleg art
I started this back in December 2019 and got so burnt out that every time I even thought about it I was immediately tired ;;
Pro tip!! Don't pick a character with atypical hair (braids) and weird eyes. You will struggle. A lot.

Speedpaint!!

-Don't Starve has a special place in my heart. I started playing that game when it was in early beta(?) when research points were still a thing and everything was a circle.

-Sailor Moon felt obligatory lmao. It wasn't the first anime I watched but I did watch it before I even knew what anime was. I had. NO idea how the fawking heck to incorporate Priscilla's X eyes. Just- how? I still don't know.

-I thiiiiink Hazbin Hotel was just released when I decided to add that style in. It's neat.

-Kingdom Hearts was a little inconsistent in art--at least when it came to coloring. I went with the kinda watercolor-y look. I used to be a die hard Kingdom Hearts fan. But the story is so convoluted now that I just can't bring myself to care anymore. It's quite depressing tbh....

-Lavenderice/Maracuyas (idk what she goes by now, it was Maracuyas at the time of drawing) was an artist I hugely looked up to around 2009 and the early 2010s. I can much easier mimic her style from like 5 or more years ago but current was a little difficult. She also goes through purges now and then and by the time I got to this one, she seemed to be in the middle of another one because art to study was SCARCE my dudes.
Speaking of purges, she recently purged all her followers on twitter for some reason?? So I don't want to @ her because I am afraid....

- soapallo is amazingly talented and makes beautiful artwork that gives me life and you should go admire it. Because I did NOT do a good job ;;;;;;
Also one of the longest time friendos I have. We've known each other for over a decade and it's weird to think about

-I binge Lavendertowne's videos now and then. I really love the creepy cute style she's got going on. Very aesthetically pleasing. Also her voice is so soothing???
