This lass, I adopted from my other account from YumenoYonaAdopts way back in May

I added freckles to make her stand out a little more among my OCs.

Now, introductions...

  Name: Amaranthine (I'll think of a last name later...)

  Gender: Girl

  Age: 14

  Bio: Amaranthine is a cursed child (though some consider it a blessing). To everyone, she will appear beautiful because they see her as what THEY consider beautiful. If someone (for example) thinks blonde hair and blue eyes are beautiful, they will see her having blonde hair and blue eyes. Her true appearance can only be seen by herself, with a photograph, or by someone who thinks she is beautiful just as she really is.

  How did she get cursed? Her mother was in a love triangle with another woman for a man's love. Her mother won the man's heart and the rival cursed Amaranthine to always appear beautiful. Amaranthine's mother is incredibly vain (among other things) so having a daughter who was coveted for incredible beauty infuriated her. Sadly, Amaranthine's father passed away when she was young, so she's suffered her mother's jealousy through physical abuse. Unfortunately, the curse also conceals injuries Amaranthine sustains, so no one can tell she's being abused.

  Ironically, Amaranthine does her best to look beautiful, to try and counter her curse and have everyone see what she truly looks like (and help her get out of her situation).

  Personality: Rather resourceful when it comes to improving one's appearance; knows a lot about fashion and cosmetics. She keeps to herself because she doesn't want to be seen as a spotlight hog. She doesn't open up easily to others, assuming they are only interested in her because she's beautiful. She also has a certain fear of boys and men; Amaranthine has gotten a lot of unwanted attention from the opposite sex growing up. (A bit out of necessity), Amaranthine is rather gifted in healing magic. When she does open up, they find her to be kind, sweet and maybe a bit socially awkward, and a bit cynical when it comes to love and relationships. She hates compliments about her appearance; Amaranthine finds them shallow. She has a particular interest in mushrooms and fungi, hates spicy food, and is a bit of a night owl.
