Convert image to 16-bit.
Rotate image slightly to straighten the building.
Add Curves and Hue/Saturation adjustment layers in order to..
. Reduce colour saturation and luminosity of the sky.
. Increase colour saturation and contrast of the building.
. Locally increase/decrease contrast of the foliage.
Flatten image layers.
Convert image to 8-bit.

i belive the building looks a bit to Statuarted but appart from that every other change does improve the image a lot and it does look a lot nicer than the original i might try it myself and see how it coems out but i bet i get it wrong lol
