Name: fiendish funster

Age: 21

Personality: She is considered very maniacal and very scheming, she is also very mischievous by nature and seeks to make others laugh with her and add them to her ranks as well. She is power hunger and seeks to gain new powers and more allies as well. She does have a gullible side to her though.

Background: She is a villain to the side who hides out in various cities and turns poor civilians into clowns who are unfortunate to run into her. She also loves to collect magical artifacts and loves to do clown based experiments on poor civilians who run into her too. She also works as a secretary on the side as a rouse to hide in public.

Powers:

Clown Slap: She can literally slap someone and once they are slapped they will slowly turn into a rubber clown like her and will be completely obedient to her as well.

Elasticity: She is rubber and stretchy and can stretch in ways that defy logic. She can even inflate her body like a balloon and can even smother heroes in her balloon form to knock them out or even blow air to knock targets off their feet too.

Fire breath: She can breathe fire to damage enemies with at will.

Balloon mancy: She can control and conjure balloons and even shape them at will and shape them in ways that defy logic too.

Rubber mancy: She can even conjure and control rubber material as if it were clay too. She can even form a rubber clowny suit onto a target to corrupt them into a clown based servant if she chooses.

Equipment:

Magic gloves: She has magic gloves that also have magic properties that can also transfer toonish traits to targets as well as to the wearer at will. They can even be used to toon up targets into obedient clownish servants at will. This is also done via a slap too.

Clown wand: She also has a cartoonish clown based wand that can let her cast some clown basic magic when coupled with her clown magic spell book, but it does require mana to use too.

Book of clown spells: She has a magic clown book filled with an array of clowny based magic spells that can give her an upper hand in combat, she can call upon both this book as well as her magic wand, but this does require mana to do so.

Clown shoes: She has a pair of magic clown based shoes that can also be forced onto a target to force the target to do her bidding. She can also throw them at targets to damage them with a comedic effect; sometimes can even cause cartoonish effects upon a target when they are thrown at them too. those who wears her shoes also feel clumsy and can barely walk strait too.
