Personality: She is incredibly scatterbrained and bubbly at times. She loves to get distracted easily and can be easily gullible too. She does love to do the right thing and loves to help out others even if it gets her into more trouble than it’s worth though.

Background: She does monster hunting gigs to the side to raise money for her hobbies that include buying the latest clothing and cute plushies. She has a eye for cute bubbly things as she loves to collect fluffy plushies she has a full on collection of. She also loves to buy fuzzy coats and clothing she loves to wear at times. She does have some skills in sewing too she utilizes to make her own plushies from fabric she buys too. She does also raise money to pay her bills too.

Powers:

Toonify: She can toon herself up to give herself cartoon physics to avoid damage as well as being able to damage foes in loony ways but this does cost mana to do so.

Expand: She can expand and bloat her body to block most physical attacks to avoid damage from them entirely.

Dimensional pull: while tooned up she can pull whatever she needs for battle out of nowhere to deal damage to targets with. But this also requires her to be tooned up and does cost mana to do so.

Fluffy up: She can cast a spell that fluffs up her fur to also block physical attacks even further to avoid even the most dangerous physical attacks.

Equipment:

Bubble gun: she can utilize this to trap targets in bubbles or to immobilize targets or hostile incoming projectiles too.

Plush bombs: She has plush bombs that when thrown she can have plush globs blow up everywhere to immobilize targets with.

Bag of fluff: she carries this to throw fluff at enemies to distract them with to get away if she needs too.

Wand of fluff: this is a conduit for which she can use some magic spells with. The cost is it does make her feel a little loopy when using it though.
