In my latest poll (to my surprise), the most of you decided I should draw the Senshi in their cosmic fukus. Which means I have to design them first.
This is my design for Cosmic Uranus.
I want each of the Senshi to have some special features when compared to Sailor Cosmos, instead of being just copies of her. This will include each of the Senshi having different collars (the back of them), different star-shaped symbols, different footwear, as well as a few other details.
I plan to make their hair a bit lighter, and their fuku colors will always be white + their aura color (this time based on Naoko's princess dresses of the girls).
So for Uranus, the colors will be white for the most of the fuku, and deep blue for the details.
Hope you like her design. ^^ Can you guess why she has only one glove?
Okay, that might be hard to guess, a better question is - who is going to have the other one? 
On a side note, even though I myself believe that Chibimoon and Saturn would never get their cosmic fukus as they would stay to guard the Crystal Tokyo, I will still design some for them and include them in the final image (some day, lol).

lol I am not going to actually color these sketches. I am going to draw a new image with all the Senshi together, and color that one.
(I am still considering a concept which will look less natural than a normal group photo, but where they will also all fit.)

I thought about that. It is one of the possible concepts. I was also thinking of a more relaxed concept... like, all of the Senshi standing/sitting on an iceberg of some sort (or something like that), on more levels, so you could see all of them well. I don't want anyone to come to me later and say "awww, you only drew the face of my favorite senshi!".

perhaps you could do something where they just finished transforming into their outfits, like, maybe have sparkles and glitter as a main background (might be too much but it might be easier to handle).

Yeah, she was more loveable in the manga. I found her relationship with Usagi also more interesting and more beautiful in the manga than in the anime. ^^

Yup. ^^ I think everyone knows by now that I am a HUGE Hachiru fan, so I had to somehow incorporate their relationship into their designs. ^^ (Though Michiru's glove is going to be a bit different, yet she will also have only one.)

I'm loving these designs!! And it's perfect that you already finished the inner senshi because I had a group drawing I wanted to do of them and now I can draw them all as cosmic senshi! ^.^ So that's 2 birds with one stone there so to speak hehe :3 I'll have to do another drawing later with Chibi Moon and the outer senshi
