Also old, from back in January. The proportions of the canine are screwed (the neck is wayyy too long), and I don't like it much anymore, but it did take awhile to make so I might as well post it. I feel like I haven't been submitting as much real media art as I used to. The figure is colored pencil on paper, with green tissue paper, and a pattern painted in black acrylics mounted on illustrator board.About 19x23 inches.

Unusual mixture of media, but the end result is very nice :3 I like that pattern in the background.. it makes me think of something you might see in a painting in some kind of cool Asian restaurant. Lineart is very nice, and I actually probably wouldn't have noticed the neck length issue if you hadn't pointed it out. But, I really like the canine.. she has really pretty eyes and looks quite graceful. The coloring is excelent, too. Very smooth~

Well not really the neck isn't that long for a canine. At least in my eyes I think the anatomy is perfect.
