Well, I want to thank every Deviant who commented, faved, in particulary who suggested my work ^^
This is the first time I receive so much feedback, it's a real pleasure but in another way it makes me love more than never my first favers, watchers and commentators
But I love you too, don't worry
I also want to precise that this idea was born when I thought about all these kings who have hanged so much innocent people.
So it's not an incitation to Anarchy but Vendetta & Revolution ^^
EditΒ²: For all those who said that crowned people will become kings, be sure that kings who comes from the people, who suffers with him, and thanks to that understands his needs and suffering will certainly leads one hundred times better that all these born-kings.
For all those who will read this comment ( omg I hope I didn't make mistakes ,_, Sorry if I said weird things, I'm not english xD ) I wish you a nice day !

On second, more rational thought - monarchies, or "royalty" isn't the the problem, far from it. Look at Saudi Arabia, a ridiculously rich country that is ruled by a royal family, yet they are very generous with their people when it comes to money. No one lives in less than luxury.
The problem here in Egypt was the greed and corruption. A president whose family's net worth was estimated from 40 to 70 billion dollars while 40% of his country live well below poverty line truly deserves to be removed and called dishonorable.

Oh no, be sure that everything isn't beautiful in Saudi Arabia.
Just look at this [link] or type " poverty in Saudi Arabia "
The fact is that the idea of equality isn't respected if we accept the notion of royalty :/ But it's an other story.
This is horrible but be sure that this case is recurrent all around the world... All politicians are richs, imagine that the french President decides himself to increase his salary ! It's not even corruption, it's considered as legal.
We live in a crazy world
Best wiches for Egypt ! Keep it up

Very true! If people are ruled by terrible kings, everything is just gonna fall and matters will get worse. People need a leader who is for the people and can benefit the country. Leaders have to treat the people right because the people make it happen. And the people have to make the right decision as well as the leader so that things will be balanced.
Very nice job on this!

1. Democracy was invented in a primitive slave-owning state.
2. As soon as you crown the "people", they become "kings" themselves, and maybe even worse than their predecessors.
3. Revolutions always devour their children.

In case of a revolution we'll die for sure.

Silver786 In reply to Glamazone [2011-02-09 04:46:39 +0000 UTC]
People who accepts to live in a world like our and acts like everything is okay, in my personal opinion, are already dead.
Yeah, during a revolution you can be killed, but the fact of being killed by fighting for our ideas and dreams seems less depressing that dying by the stress caused by our everyday life.

Glamazone In reply to Silver786 [2011-02-09 09:06:54 +0000 UTC]
It's so easy to theorize about your own death, sitting in a safe room, before your computer.
If everyday life causes you stress, it's your fault, not the world's. My life is interesting, and I don't wish it to be ruined and myself to die from an accidental bullet. Perhaps you should simply find yourself an activity to occupy you.

Silver786 In reply to Glamazone [2011-02-09 09:18:50 +0000 UTC]
I'm not afraid of death, I've already seen it. But I don't want to die without making something of my life, this is my only fear.
Oh it's sure that it's my fault if in Gaza some babies died because of white phosphorus and human madness. It's sure that an activity will makes me have some fun and forget about the international pedophile network.
It's nice for you if you have a wonderful and interesting life filled with happiness or pink licorns. Personaly I can't live with a clear conscience when I know what happens in this world. That's all.
And if an accidental bullet kills me when I tried to fight for the welfare of childs or oppressed people, it will be an honour and a pleasure to receive this bullet.

Aye.
The only reason why kings are kings is because of their blood, methinks.
Everyone's blood runs red, therefore...
This is BLOODY BRILLIANT

zweiistnichteins In reply to ??? [2011-02-08 18:59:09 +0000 UTC]
isnt it history that teaches us that especialy the kings from the people are those who kill the most people in the most brutal ways? morality is inhuman. the reason for the killing kings isnt some horrible evilness buried deep in the hearts of those kings. the killing kings are only a macrosociological phenomenon equal to the daily struggle for ones place and status in society. as soon as you meet with someone else you kill or get killed in one way or another. and still for now the humanity isnt able to do without this massacre, for only a hive mind or massiv decimation could free us from the need of a king.

Do you think that if Gandhi was a king, he would have been violent ?
He comes from the people, people is a mountain composed by different kinds of rocks.
Then, we talk about "kingS", so we can hope that between all this people, we have very few persons who will have this love of violence, and that the other will be always be here to prevent massacres.

zweiistnichteins In reply to Silver786 [2011-02-09 07:55:44 +0000 UTC]
unfortunately people like gandhi are very rare. his kindness wasnt an result of him beeing part of the people. as you see the people around him were still violent. some were inspired for a short period of time and followed his way to the very end. but where is his way now? noone follows it anymore and it died with him. only if your meening of life is to serve others, without exceptions, in every possible situation, only then you could be part of those people you describe. but what are the people realy? well they are the complement of the kings. the kings are what defines them. it is the fact that they are not king what makes them people. without kings there are no people. if you give a person out of the people a crown he becomes a king and stops beeing part of the people. the people are composed out of many different individuals. saying that beeing part of the people is enough to be a better king is saying that those people are all the same. and that violence i described: it is not only that actual act of killing i meant. it is the daily construction of a hierarchy wich makes living in such scales possible.

But don't you want to dream for a better world ? Can't you see other ways of life ? :/
π: 0 β©: 1
zweiistnichteins In reply to Silver786 [2011-02-09 10:39:15 +0000 UTC]
the thing with such dreams is that they derive from wrong assumptions. if you want to change the world you've got to see the world as what it is. people are no saints nor are they devils. they are functional. there is no morality only functionality. you dont have to hang the king to achieve a better world. understanding the rules and applying them is more likely to be succesful. as i said there are no people without a king. but there also is no king without people. in todays world the biggest hope is the education of the people. to understand how the world works meens to free oneself, atleast a bit.
and then again, in todays world with all the good and all the bad, in a world there is war, love, murder, kindness, and so on, how couldnt one feel that morality isnt an adequate measurement to classify this world. how could one not fall in aporia.

it is very good, very well said and it reminds me of the ideals the founding fathers of america had, down with the king up with the people, Washington was even offered to beome king of america but turned it down saying "I did not fight george the third to become george the first"
My general impression is one of admiration and awe
I do not think that the message is too hard to understand
I do think you could have chosen a better title that fit the situation better

It's sad that these ideals seems to be forgotten now :/
