Description
The magic elemental, a seldom seen creature from the space between, the Antipode. Wherver they go, magic around them flourishes. Since magic elementals are just made of the most basic form of magic, many of these changes are random, and they mostly enhance effects already there. Blessings grow stronger and blights become worse. Those who come into contact with a magic elemental won't ever be the same.

I used a tutorial for the glow/magic effect, which turned out okay. I should probably do tutorials more... Again I decided to do an abstract style because I didn't really know what I wanted magic to be, and as I was sketching, one of my sketches reminded me of something from Nobilis. "Hey, Nobilis does this cool style, I should try to find some references!" Then it turned out to be alot more varied than I though, so I decided just to do their design curves, which were. Erm. So, today I learned that not only does nouveau design look hard to draw, it's very hard to draw.
