Very cool! That background is wicked! Did you make that? If so I'm gonna have to be told how. Very cool.
I like the pose and it looks noice. The only thing I'd suggest is some shading/highlights on the shirt/belt. Mainly some more shadows. It just feels like it should be darker. I dunno. It looks a little plasticie. Still cool though, just trying to offer some pointers.
