Description
My intention was doing a quick study inspired by a picture of the actor Louis Hofmann, but it ended up being a kind of finished (although simpler than usual) piece. It has the flaws and clumsy strokes of a bored study, but it still looks nice and I'm quite proud of it. The background, even though it's simple, is a personal improvement.

This is the same character from the Raspberry pallete study I did a few weeks ago. I'm becoming fond of painting him, I don't usually paint blonde characters because I'm just not great at it, but he's proving to be good practice. There's something tricky and mysterious about him, even though he's always in light colours, and I want to find out what is it. I accidentally ended up giving him the same haircut most of my male characters have at some point of their existence, but it looks good on him.
