Description Inside the Hawa Mahal ('Palace of the Winds').

In all the tourist attractions, especially museums, there'd be staff sitting around on stools or chairs. I couldn't figure out what they were doing, but then I realised that they were employed to yell, whistle, or growl unintelligibly at people who touched museum displays when they weren't supposed to, or clueless tourists who tried to go through prohibited doorways.

It was kinda funny, but the sound of high-pitched whistles constantly echoing through museums tended to give me a headache after a while.

The watcher in this picture was a lot more laid back!
