PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:

Hy is rather on the slim side for a buizel, his lifestyle hasn't gain weight. His lightweight gives him a slight advantage speed wise, but not in the strength department, in fact, as strong as most. He has a nick in the fin on his head caused by an houndoom who wasn't very happy with him trying to filch food.

PERSONALITY:

Hy has a rather funny personality. Most of the time he is outgoing, friendly and helpful, while other times hes shy and quiet. He has been known for flirting with females, but he doesn't do it often enough for him to be known for it, unless a girl strikes his fancy. On the other hand, he is sneaky and sly, and will not hesitate to filch something from another Pokemon, weather for revenge or as a simple prank. He is possible the most disorganized Pokemon you will ever meet, his bed is never clean, his stuff can be seen scattered everywhere and anywhere really. The only place he truly takes care to organize is in his shoulder pack, just for the sake of being able to pull things out quickly.

HISTORY:

He was born to two Floatzel parents and has two brothers, one older and one younger. His father and mother both worked, although his mother had shorter hours so she would come home and play with the children till his father came home. Both of his parents taught him how to swim, but his mother did most of the teaching, again because fathers job keeping him away from home. He loved his mother, her sweet voice, kind attitude and many jokes always cheered him up. Although he didn't know his father well, his mother always told him he was the bravest and most kind Pokemon ever, but of course, don't most mothers say that to their young? Hy respected his father, and wanted to grow up to be just as strong as he was. On his 5th birthday his mother gave him a small box, and inside was a mystic water, said to boot the power of water type moves. He put it on and kept it close, if not wear it, at all times. Then a few months after turning 10, his parents just, vanished. One night they were in the house, the next morning they were gone. There was no sign of struggle, and no note of explanation, they just seemed to disappear. With no way to access their parents bank accounts, his older brother went out to try to find work, leaving Hydro to take care of his younger brother. Of course, it didn't take him long to fall into the temptation of freebies and he turned to petty thievery. He never took more than he needed, for example he would only steal three apples at a time, or only pick-pocket as much change as he could get in a few pawfulls. Eventually he met up with the other ragamuffins of the town, and they formed a tight knit pack, finding ways of pilfering goods quickly. When he heard of the guild, he was hesitant at first, but eventually decided to join. He held back a while, seeing if he could cut back on his thievery, so he waited a month, and didn't take anything from others, letting the family consist of any earnings his brother could get home. Once the month was up he left his two siblings, promising to forward his cash to them, so they could have a secondary income system should his brother not be able to find a job for some time.

PARTNERS: None at the moment, although he hopes to entice a few of his old gang members in.
