A new OC! This one is for the TMNT universe!
I wasn't sure if I wanted her to be a snake, lizard, or turtle, so I went with all three, though, she does give off more of a lizard feel.
The parts of her that are turtle are mainly the plastron and hand and feet design. The snake parts are the eyes, tongue, teeth, and the scales. The rest is lizard.

Name: Camilia (Nickname: Cam)
Height: 5'1
Age: 14 1/2
Appearance: Camilia has lime green skin, along with light yellow on the back of her tail, and around her mouth and neck. She also has a small shell on her back made from scales, and a turtles plastron on her torso. She has a small portion of freckles on her cheeks, elbows, knee's, and on the front of her tail.
On the left and right side of her tail are two small spikes that match the pattern of her tail.
She has short brown hair that reaches the bottom of her neck, along with a small thin braid in the middle that reaches to her tail. Camilia also has three light teal markings on her forehead, which are usually covered by her hair and bangs.
Her eyes are nearly snake like, but still consist of human eyes.
Camilia has a snakes tongue, and retractable snake teeth, usually slightly seen when her mouth is closed, or reached down to her chin when given full size. Along with small claws on her hands, and much larger ones as her toes.
Attire: Camilia wears a short navy blue, and very light blue robe that reaches to her thighs. Long sleeves that reach her palms, and the elbows cut out. Along with finger less gloves that reaches to her upper arm.

I will most likely write out her back story later on and turn it into a comic book. Mainly centered around how she was mutated, how she came into contact with the animals she turned into, and how she met the turtles. So far I have two ideas.
I'm also going to give her a design of what she looked like when she was human.
Also, do you think I should give her a last name? I have one in mind, but I'm not sure if I should.
