Very interesting blend of elements. At first glance, it makes me think of... Well, a rather long chain of thoughts.
Imagine the setting of World of Warcraft being allowed to simply run on its own for a few centuries... with technology advancing from 'pre-industrial' all the way to 'Information Age', with magical elements involved. Now, imagine that the elves come up with digital computers... and then something along the lines of Encom's "Digitizer" brings a very talented Elf programmer into the equivalent of The Grid...
Yes, this looks like a magical version of something very like "TRON", to my eyes.
