I noticed that Leah looks a lot like Robin. Leah also mentions that she moved to Pelican Town because she visited it once with her parents when she was younger and enjoyed it. So I have a headcanon that one of Leah's parents is Robin's cousin, and so they were visiting family. This means that Leah, Sebastian, and Maru probably spent some time together, right? I tried to make Leah and Sebastian look 9ish and have Maru look 5ish (I may not have succeeded, but also kids tend to vary a LOT!)For the record, I don't think grown-up Maru and Leah would be grossed out by a frog.
