Yes, I'm a dork, no, Vincent is not Sephiroth's father according to game canon (as far as I can tell), and yes, I'm still rather fond of the theory anyway. This pic was such a pain in the ass. After it popped into my head during a dream (or, at least, something similar to this, though the one in my head was cooler looking), I spent almost a full day sketching and resketching on various sheets of paper how the hell to go about this pose to make it work. There are a few flaws of which I'm well aware, but in general, I'm very pleased with it. >hides from Sephiroth fangirls<Related content

I like the theory too. And who knows - the devs have changed the plot before, maybe they will add that twist someday. I hope, it's a fun direction! XD

a saying goes: "the sins of the fathers" this is what I also said that vincent proves to be more so than hojo (I'll explain). Although the game hojo (which is damned) says that Sephiroth is his son (also unfortunately confirms nomura.). But when the hojo said Sephiroth is my son! vincent there has been really bad, so it responds (.... ...), he felt sad, but the fact that Sephiroth protected even before his birth! It makes him a father, the father of Sephiroth even more hojo. (if it was his father ...! I would be really happy, but as I think! Although the biological father is hojo, this means nothing, nor does win hojo! (Vincent wins because it will bring the memory of how to Sephiroth lucrezia forever with him)

Biological father or not, Vincent's actions (or should I say "inaction") Sephiroth is who he is. So in a definate way, "father". Lovely work hun, this is by far my favotire picture of them, the depth behind it is intriging.

I played DoC and found that it is true that Vince is not the father. Darn. But don't care, still like the idea! I love how the words came out.

*woeful sigh* ._______. Yes, Vinnie, I cried too. And though I am a fierce opponent of the Valentine-daddy theory, this picture is.... touching... makes me think about Vincent's feelings about Sephiroth. Though now that I think about it he was kinda mad at him. But I understand the whole guilt thing (Cuz thats just what Vincent is good at ;D). He does fret about not being able to save Lucrecia and her son... alot. I like the way his hand (sephiroth's) is touching the sword. That almost seems to be the most important part of the picture. The great Sephiroth, finally stilled, releases his grip on the masamune... or somethig like that. I really like it! ...Awesome...
