Uhmm, I just layered different shades and colors, starting with the shadows and continued to go over it until it looked sem-realistic.
And then I used a blender to smooth it all out.
Sorry, I'm not good at explaining things x3

I use the brightest colors I have in my prismacolor set, like hot pinks, yellows, blah blah, but no neons (yet, ahaha).
