Updated ref for Eclipse the Eclipse Dragon, one of the co-protagonists in my original story! Yes, she is named after her species - it's for a reason I promise lol. Quite the opposite from Talon, her personality hasn't changed much since first creating her, but her design has gone through several iterations before I landed on this one.

Eclipse is a gentle and caring soul, with a soft voice and a kind smile. However, she is prone to nervousness and anxiety when confronted with things she is unfamiliar or uncomfortable with... which, unfortunately, is very often. She carries a heavy burden on her back, one she does not truly understand but she is determined to learn more about. If that means she has to confront her (many)fears, well, she'll just have to figure things out as she goes along.

She's quite the bookworm, having been taught to read at a young age (reading isn't a particularly common skill in this world, as written language isn't needed for most dragons) she takes great joy in learning the stories and history that she finds in the few books she's been able to get her hands on. She's great at planning ahead, thinking of all possible problems and solutions... however, she fails when it comes to actually taking action. Any small amount of pressure causes her to overthink and panic, freezing like a deer in the headlights.
