I don't think this Tails is from any game, I believe it to be somebody's custom Tails they have made from scratch.Posing - It is very easy to pose this model and their is very little collision of limbs.
Eye Posing - None
Face Posing - None
Finger Posing - None
Look - I think this Tails has an interesting look but it is quite a bit larger than the other Tails models (see main pic).
Overall - This is a very easy model to pose so could be very good for comics and such, but it is larger than the other sonic characters to may cause issues there. Also there is no face, eye or finger posing so its face will look very static.

Yeah, tghis one is from Brawl. I see that because the skin is very detailled and he has this smile on the game too

It could be, i'm not sure myself, but the pictures i've seen of the actual brawl Tails (after being ported to GMod) does not look like this exactly.
