I love the fact Poison Ivy really loves Batman, but he will never have her. Unrequited love is one of the most heart wrenching things to me.SO I thought how cute/sweet/horrifyingly sad if Ivy found a little bat caught in her vines and she didn't know what to do about it but cry.

I've always thought Batman and Ivy had the most interesting relationship dynamic. I recommend you read a one shot comic called "Batman and Poison Ivy: Cast Shadows". It explores this theme rather well, showing how they view one another and whatnot. Although Batman is frequently against her, I think he holds some care for her, he certainly goes easier on her then most villains. Excellent picture

Awww that's so sadd. I feel for her but under the circumstances and all.. what can you do, you know? (... make some fan art of the pairing. 
The pose really helps show that sense of longing and the heart ache, especially with the way Ivy's delicately holding the bat. I can just picture her just crying, holding the poor thing, and in a flash of rage just, sadly, kill it, upset and remembering how Batman doesn't want her at all; that rejection and all the pain it brings. You have a wonderful sense of control with water colour and pull off the shading well; I love how you've done the shading around the thighs and butt in particular. Just lovely.
