Time takes a lot of things.

Homes.

Family.

Places.

But time forgot about him. As things changed, technology accelerated, and civilizations grew, he simply stayed. Sleeping for months at a time. Every breath taking half a week. The blink of an eye passing in half a day. Months to him were centuries outside of his view.

Eventually, he was returned to the normal passage of time. Sleeping for nine hours at time. Breaths taking four seconds or less. The blink of an eye passing in milliseconds.

Time would claim him, but it hadn't claimed him nearly as quickly as normal.

The same couldn't be said for everything he'd known and loved.

I got a desk finally and this was my first art at the desk, the shading was very spontaneous and pretty quick

This just kinda entered my head TBH, the symbolism and all that

Really wanted to evoke the feeling of emptiness and being completely alone
